Services and rates

• Remote and On-Site Appraisals:

We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to property damage, which is why we offer remote and on-site appraisal services. For roofing contractors, we can handle appraisals remotely for a flat rate of $800, which includes the carrier's estimate, contractor's estimate, and a good photo report. On-site appraisals are also available for a flat rate of $1,500, regardless of the state.

• Insurance-Ready Xactimate Scopes:

Creating an insurance-ready Xactimate scope can be a complicated and time-consuming process. That's why we offer our services to create Xactimate scopes for you. We charge a flat rate of $250 if measurements and pictures are provided or for roof only. If a site visit is needed, we charge a flat rate of $500. For larger claims, our fee increases to $800 flat rate for claims between $100,000 and $299,999 and $1,350 flat rate for claims larger than $300,000.

• Claim Guidance and Consulting Services:

Navigating the insurance claim process can be confusing and overwhelming, especially if you're not familiar with the industry jargon and guidelines. We offer claim guidance and consulting services to help you every step of the way. Our services are charged at a rate of $125 an hour, with a cap of $625 per claim. This includes but is not limited to assistance with looking up rebuttal information, manufacturer guidelines, IICRC codes, supplemental support, and certificate of completion submissions and collections.
